Thanks again to the numerous volunteers who helped and to all who joined us for the event. Thanks to the 18 churches who purchase church tickets this year and encouraged their members to come out and be equipped for service in God’s Kingdom!

Shortly after the conference I (Glen) had the opportunity to speak about marriage counselling at Riverside ARP Church in Cambridge to a group of men and women who are engaged in ACBC training. A few days later, Mark was at Zion FRC in Fenwick speaking about Abuse Prevention in Churches. We are grateful for these opportunities to help equip the Church.
Next week I am heading to the Biblical Counseling Coalition Global Summit in Mt. Hermon, CA, for training and networking. I’ve been in the Executive Director position for over six years now, but the longer I am in it, the more I see areas where I need to learn and grow in order to lead the staff and ministry well. Please pray that this would be a time where God does just that- shaping and growing me to be better equipped for serving in this way.

At the E4:12 Conference, Eric Heida led a session entitled “One in Song!” He highlighted that corporate singing is one way for us to know the Lord and each other, as well as be known by the Lord and each other.
In light of this, let me add a shout-out to the Coram Deo choir performing December 10 and 13 in Hamilton and Jordan, respectively (see details below). They have graciously offered to donate the proceeds of the free-will offering at these concerts to Insight. I attended last year’s inaugural Christmas concert- wonderfully worshipful and absolutely worth attending!
