Well, 2023 has come and gone!
On behalf of the staff and board members of Insight, we thank you so much for interceding for us in your prayers last year. God has been gracious in answering them. We see this demonstrated in how he has worked in the lives of clients: emboldening them to speak the truth in love, humbling them to genuinely ask for forgiveness for their sins, enabling them to extend forgiveness from their hearts, and encouraging them to continue fighting the good fight of faith.
Thanks to all our donors who supported us financially last year. We were able to close out 2023 in a strong financial position. Seeing this tangible support is such a huge encouragement to us as we walk alongside people like you and me who seek biblical counselling here.
My prayer for you this year is that you, together with all the saints, would know more fully the length, width, depth and height of the love of our Victorious Saviour Jesus.
Happy New Year!

Racing thoughts, wired bodies and uncertainty about the future. We all experience worry and anxiety, and each of us wants to find peace from the thoughts, concerns and physical symptoms that often accompany it. In this group we will seek to understand our anxieties, meet God through His Word in the midst of them, and grow in wisdom, faith and peace as we encounter Him.
Overcoming Anxiety is facilitated by Insight Biblical Counselling Group Coordinator, Gail DeGiovanni. New Group begins January 18. For more info & to register contact info@seekinsight.ca

Happy Canada Day! Many thanks to all who made our Sweet and Savoury fundraiser a huge success last month. We […]
God is on the move. Whether it’s a couple once separated and now back together, a single man who sees that God has softened his heart toward a cantankerous family member, or someone who has by God’s mercy been caught in a sin and responding with genuine repentance, we see God actively at work in the lives of our clients. And we see the need increasing. New clients call in almost daily looking for solidly biblical counsel, which means we may well need to look at expanding our counselling team once again..
God has designed us to live in community for a reason. If you are struggling and need support, joining a counselling group is a great way to find community support. Insight offers curriculum-driven, Christ-centered and confidential counselling groups.
