Insight is currently accepting applications for our Director of Development position.
We are seeking a mission-driven and relational leader to join our team in a multifaceted fundraising and administrative support role. This position involves developing donor relationships, coordinating fundraising events and supporting the Executive Director in advancing the ministry’s mission. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills, a heart for Gospel-centred ministry, and education or experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or business administration.

Insight is also accepting applications for a Biblical Counsellor / Child and Youth Counsellor.
We are looking for a compassionate Child & Youth Counsellor to provide biblical counselling and support to children, youth, and families in a safe and caring environment. In this role, you will build meaningful, trust-based relationships with children and youth, helping them feel seen, heard, and valued as you walk alongside them through life’s challenges with biblical wisdom, encouragement, and hope rooted in Christ. You will support parents and guardians, foster healthy family communication, and guide children and youth in understanding their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours through a biblical worldview and the truth of the Gospel. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to encourage spiritual growth and help children and youth discover God’s love, grace, and purpose for their lives.

Following each main session will be a symposium with numerous guests engaging in discussions on various aspects of human sexuality. We want to provide thoughtful answers to your questions. Your queries will help shape these discussions, so plan to submit your questions when you sign up in September! Churches- remember to purchase your church tickets early!
