Now Hiring: Director of Development

Insight Biblical Counselling is seeking a mission-driven and relational leader to join our team in a multifaceted fundraising and administrative support role. This position involves developing donor relationships, coordinating fundraising events, managing ministry operations, and supporting the Executive Director in advancing the ministry’s mission. 

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills, a heart for Gospel-centred ministry, and education or experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or business administration. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising and development strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and supporters
  • Oversee donor communications, campaigns, and events
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants and major gifts
  • Collaborate with leadership to align development efforts with organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • A strong alignment with the mission and values of Insight Biblical Counselling
  • Experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit leadership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and manage initiatives
  • A heart for ministry and a passion for helping others access care
